Emerging Leader in Global Supply Chain Analytics

Industrial Strategist • Creative Entrepreneur • Advocate for Women in STEM

Olivia Wright is a rising powerhouse at the intersection of supply chain strategy, creative innovation, and community-driven impact. With a dual degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from Kettering University, she brings the rare ability to balance logistics precision with design flair, analytical modeling with heartfelt storytelling; and she does it all while lifting others along the way.

Currently a Tactical Capacity Planner at Michelin North America, Olivia orchestrates demand planning and production alignment for one of the most complex tire clusters in the world. Her role stretches across multiple plant sites and product families, where she integrates forecasting, machine-hour feasibility, mold readiness, and historical performance to ensure optimized output. She’s not just a planner, she’s a translator of chaos, converting fragmented data into clear strategies and streamlined execution.

Whether it’s developing predictive Power BI dashboards to preempt stockouts or reshaping corporate-to-plant communication through waterfall logic visualizations, Olivia has redefined what it means to lead from the inside out.

Driven by a deep-rooted passion for empowering others, Olivia is the founder of Alpha Graphics Design Co., a creative agency specializing in branding for nonprofits and small businesses. What began as designing event flyers for student organizations has evolved into full-service offerings—from brand kits to website launches. Each project is infused with her core philosophy: that clear visuals and intentional storytelling can turn grassroots passion into tangible impact. Her clients range from crafting startups to community museums, and her work often intersects with causes close to her heart like youth education and women in STEM.

A tireless advocate for inclusion in engineering spaces, Olivia has made her mark through national platforms like the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). From serving as Kettering University’s Section President to leading panels at WE conferences across the country, she’s known for infusing vulnerability, humor, and vision into her sessions. Whether she’s sharing her story of navigating non-linear success, teaching storytelling for technical professionals, or mentoring the next wave of women engineers, Olivia shows up with authenticity and purpose.

Her personal journey—rising through co-op rotations at Fortune 500s, managing multimillion-dollar tooling portfolios by age 23, rebuilding trust between suppliers and OEMs, and thriving as a woman in male-dominated environments—fuels her drive to mentor others. She’s not afraid to talk about the setbacks that got her to where she is today. In fact, she refers to them “setups for success”. Olivia has transformed moments of rejection, redirection, and reinvention into a leadership philosophy rooted in growth and grace.

In addition to her professional and advocacy work, Olivia is a serial creator. She’s building Whiskful Thinking, a sugar-free micro-bakery specializing in bento cakes, parfait shooters, and mini loafs with plans for a branded cookbook, printable recipe cards, and community bake kits.

She also explores 3D-printed solutions, special event-themed activity kits, and STEM-centered art, crafting everything from coloring pages to Excel-based games. These creations aren’t just novelties, they’re visual tools for learning, connection, and expression. Olivia’s design work can be found at conferences, career fairs, and community centers, proving that technical brilliance and creative wonder can—and should—coexist.

Above all, Olivia is a connector. She thrives on bridging silos: between supply and demand, between data and design, and between ambition and authenticity. She’s a shining example that you don’t have to choose between your left brain and your right; you can create a vibrant life that celebrates both. Olivia Wright embodies more than just a job title or a LinkedIn headline. She’s a dynamic force, an engineer with heart, and a leader who actively listens.

When she’s not solving inventory puzzles or mentoring young professionals, you’ll find Olivia curled up with a good book, walking her neighborhood trail with an Alani in hand, or building her newest LEGO set with her partner, Ethyn. She lives in South Carolina, but her reach through mentorship, storytelling, and strategy spans far beyond the community she resides in.

I’m a Supply Chain Manager who focuses on improving processes and encouraging new ideas. As a STEM advocate and mentor, I enjoy helping others navigate career changes and find a balance between work and personal life.
