I’m a dedicated supply chain manager that is fueled by a relentless passion for optimizing processes and inspiring teams to achieve remarkable results together.

From my early days as a co-op to my current role in global capacity planning, I have been fueled by an unwavering passion to embrace challenges with creativity and inspire teams to achieve remarkable success. My exciting journey has taken me through a variety of industries, where I’ve been fortunate to manage large-scale tooling operations, enhance inventory processes, and lead groundbreaking cost-saving initiatives that create positive change.
Collegiate Extracurricular Leadership
During school, I held various leadership positions that influenced my approach to leadership today. As Vice President of Service for Alpha Phi Omega, I organized campus events and community outreach, improving my skills in logistics and teamwork. I also mentored younger students to encourage inclusivity and engagement. Collaborating with other groups and faculty, I developed strong management and problem-solving skills that have helped me in my career.
Professional Organization Involvement
My involvement in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) has strengthened my leadership skills. I organized workshops and networking events, using my skills to connect with professionals. Participation in the SWE Collegiate Leadership Institute (CLI) gave me training in leadership and teamwork, which I apply presently. These experiences, along with my passion for mentoring, have helped me make a positive impact in the engineering community.
Career and Co-op Experience
As Operations Manager at EWIE Co., Inc., I’ve managed projects to optimize processes and save costs, such as achieving $500K in savings by streamlining tooling operations. I’ve collaborated with engineering, procurement, and finance to fix stock-out problems, enhance inventory management, and boost efficiency. Leading teams has been essential for overcoming challenges and ensuring smooth operations. I enjoy mentoring new team members and creating a collaborative environment focused on improvement.

Professional Philosophy
I believe that supply chain management is a thrilling opportunity to do more than just optimize processes, it’s about empowering teams to work efficiently and creatively. My philosophy radiates transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. I’m truly passionate about designing streamlined systems that not only save costs but also inspire innovation. Whether leading a cross-functional team or embracing complex challenges, my goal is to ensure that every process is not just efficient but also poised for the future.
“True leadership stems from individuality that is honestly and sometimes imperfectly expressed… Leaders should strive for authenticity over perfection.”
– Sheryl Sandberg
Personal Interests & Hobbies
When I’m not at work, you’ll catch me diving into creative hobbies that keep me inspired. I love painting, playing video games, and hitting the gym early in the morning to stay active. I also have a real passion for volunteering, especially in STEM outreach, where I get to mentor young girls who are into engineering. These hobbies help me find balance in my work life.
