  • Michelin – Industrial Capacity Planner for US7

    • Coordinates logistics and planning for earthmover tires across multiple facilities – US7 (Lexington, SC), US10 (Anderson, SC), & Vitoria (Álava, Spain)
    • Responsible for balancing production constraints, integrating supply chain forecasting, and optimizing resource utilization to improve efficiency and ensure alignment between global demand and manufacturing capacity.
  • EWIE Group of Companies – Operations Manager

    • Led the tooling and chemical commodity teams, managing $11 million in inventory across various customer sites from Columbus, IN to Peoria, IN.
    • Closed over $444K in tooling and abrasive-related cost savings for 2024, as well as secured over $500K in upcoming tests and proposals for 2025.
    • Developed standard processes for the EWIE-managed tool room and resolved $30K in aged material ensuring quarterly review with customer.
    • Mended relationships with engineering teams and improved internal meeting cadences and reporting processes between internal/external.
    • Converted over $200K in inventory to Vendor-Owned Inventory (VOI) and addressed pricing discrepancies that resulted from improper process.

    • Led a project optimizing vendor-managed and consignment inventory for Cummins Fuel Systems, reducing outstanding excess inventory by $250K.
    • Transitioned 120 items to vendor-owned inventory, which allowed for us to increase efficiency, streamline ordering and coordinate inventory processes.
    • Conducted pricing reviews, generating $41K annually in additional profit by leveraging global vendor discounts optimal purchase/quantity breaks.

    Summer 2022 – Caterpillar (LL)

    • Collaborated with a newly formed site team to streamline open orders, customer/vendor relations, and improve on-time delivery performance.
    • Established baseline usage reporting for active inventory, providing a foundation for future inventory management and usage optimization.

    Winter 2022 – ZF (Oakwood)

    • Cleared over $80K in material from the non-conformance shelf, resolving long-standing issues and improving inventory accuracy.
    • Mentored the crib supervisor and attendants, providing guidance on open orders, expediting processes, and vendor on-time delivery.
    • Improved vendor relations by aligning real-time data and expediting delayed orders to maintain production schedules.

    Summer 2021 – SKF (Flowey Branch)

    • Conducted an extensive crib crawl to assess and document current inventory, ensuring accurate records for new contract.
    • Installed and integrated a new RFID AutoCrib machine to mitigate inventory discrepancies and reduce cycle count gains and losses.
    • Supported a new customer, ensuring smooth operational transitions for all parties involved with the new assumption of business.

    Winter 2021 – Gas Transportation & Storage Operations (TS&O)

    • Performed comparative data analysis between Excel reporting and Power BI reports, identifying and resolving discrepancies in SQL.
    • Rewrote standard documentation and work instructions for Excel reports, improving clarity and efficiency.
    • Developed macro-enabled templates to automate weekly reporting processes & streamline data collection for multiple plants.

    Winter 2020 – Ford Dearnborn Engine Plant

    • Spearheaded the standardization of certain taps across multiple sites, leading to mass cost savings and efficiency improvements.
    • Partnered with Emuge to develop a “Best” tool, optimizing tool life and benchmarking performance for future implementations.
    • Analyzed detailed drawings and collaborated with tooling engineers to understand tooling geometry, application, and failures.
    • Developed a comprehensive dynamic control plan to track tool usage and performance, enabling data-driven decisions.

    • Implemented macro-enabled Excel reports for daily and weekly analysis of performance indicators across the Great Lakes Region.

I’m a Supply Chain Manager who focuses on improving processes and encouraging new ideas. As a STEM advocate and mentor, I enjoy helping others navigate career changes and find a balance between work and personal life.
