From national conferences to university workshops, I love sharing what I’ve learned about supply chain management, STEM outreach, and leadership. My talks are all about uplifting others, especially when it comes to soft skills and engineering diversity.

I strive to create an inclusive atmosphere through interactive discussions, real-life examples, and hands-on activities in hope to inspire attendees to take actionable steps toward their professional and personal growth.

Invited alumna speaker for the Society of Women Engineers and Student Senate. Leading “Hard Hats & High Heels: Thriving as a Woman in Science & Engineering,” a session discussing the stereotypes and challenges women encounter in engineering. Topics cover handling bias, building credibility as young leaders, and fostering inclusive environments in STEM.

Presenting “Storytelling for Engineers: Simplifying Complex Concepts,” focused on helping technical professionals communicate their ideas with clarity and impact. The session explores audience-specific messaging, narrative structure, and visual communication techniques to make complex data more engaging and actionable.

Invited speaker to present “The Power of Computer Science in Manufacturing,” discussing how Michelin uses data analytics, RFID technology, automation, and AI to improve supply chains and production. This interactive session encouraged students to think like supply chain professionals, solve real manufacturing problems, and see the vital role of computer science in engineering.


April 2025 | Alpha Phi Omega (ΑΦΩ)

Presented a session titled “Small Steps, Big Dreams: How to Make It All Happen” at the Alpha Phi Omega’s Region G Spring Conference, which focused on practical strategies for goal setting, personal growth, and leadership development. These topics include breaking down ambitious goals into actionable steps, effectively planning each phase of progress, and the importance of setting realistic timelines to maintain motivation. Additionally, stepping outside your comfort zone.


October 2024 | Society of Women Engineers (SWE)

Co-presented “Conquering Your Co-op: How to Maximize Success & Navigate Transitions,” that focused on strategies to successfully transition from co-op roles to full-time engineering positions. Topics included overcoming common transition challenges, establishing work-life balance, and networking effectively to grow your career.

Delivered a presentation to the Kettering University’s SWE section, focusing on career development through co-op programs and transitioning into full-time roles. Shared insights from my personal co-op journey, and provided actionable advice on navigating career challenges, building professional networks, and seeking mentorship opportunities.

Delivered keynote addresses on personal growth in STEM fields and participated in Q&A panels for prospective students and parents. Discussed the importance of curiosity, perseverance, and leadership in STEM careers while promoting Kettering University Student Life.

I’m a Supply Chain Manager who focuses on improving processes and encouraging new ideas. As a STEM advocate and mentor, I enjoy helping others navigate career changes and find a balance between work and personal life.
